Arasanj Alborz Packaging Industry was established in 2006 and started its activity in the field of designing, printing and producing sheets and cartons in various shapes and sizes.
With more than 13 years of experience in the production of sheets and cartons, Arasanj Alborz Packaging Company has been supplying the needs of domestic and foreign manufacturing plants. The company is proud to work with food industry companies Mazmaz, Minoo, Oylla and Biodent Gum, and Lady Care and Flora, Paknam, Active, Rapidoo, Alovex, Paxan and Iran Glue.
The Arasanj Alborz Packaging System consists of 4 units which operate in the field of sheet and carton production : paper mill in Eshtehard Industrial City with a total area of ۳۵۰۰۰ m, Shemshad Paper Factory with a total area of ۱۰,۰۰۰ m in Qom, Salar factories with a total area of 20,000 m and Arasanj with a total area of 13,500 m in Arasanj Industrial City that about 540 experienced staff are working 24 hours a day with the purpose of producing cartons and sheets using waste paper, and all of them have enough knowledge in this way.
Automation System
All processes of sheet and carton production in different shapes and sizes benefit from the automation system and the quality of the products is constantly checked and controlled.
All machines and devices required on the lines of the Salar and Arasanj mills, as well as Shemshad Paper Factory, located in Qom are from GS Company of China, which are serviced and maintained in the technical department on a regular basis and enable the production with a very high volume in the fastest time
Speed of Delivery
Arasanj Alborz has the ability to convert 10,000 tons of paper to sheet and carton annually, and eventually produces 400,000 cartons per 24 hours, and considers speed and precision as the vital option, so that it tries to make products as fast as possible with Keeping quality.
Inventory
Arasanj Alborz Factories consist of several parts for storing the products and raw materials, which are: An initial product warehouse which is a place for storing the paper before being converted into a sheet and a carton, the final product warehouse for storing and tracing the carton and sheets that are ready to be packaged and the quality control for the sale. At the end, the smithereens warehouse, which is allocated to each of the factories in the Arasanj’s collection.
